What is Energy Healing?
Energy Work comes in many different shapes and sizes. Many people know of Reiki, Spinal Energetics, Shamanism, Etc. My energy work consists of my own way of healing and what comes natural to me. I was certified in Reiki 1&2 in the beginning of my journey, I feel I have graduated from channeling Reiki and have cultivated my own unique practice. Energy work is an alternative way of healing and has been with humanity since the dawn of time. Most of us just forgot the magic we are and carry! Yes, magic is real and I would be so delighted to show you my world and way of healing. The purpose of energy healing is to assist the individual in overcoming their traumas and tribulations.
What to expect
In my sessions I have my client lay on a massage table fully clothed and under a cozy blanket if wanted. I use gentle touch and hovering energy techniques to assist in moving the stagnant/stuck energy from the body. I also use a variety of sound healing techniques including light language, sound bowls, tuning forks, other instruments, essential oils, and calming background music.The treatment feels like a small electric charge that flows through and around you. It’s like a massage but for your energy body and nervous system, you don’t actually get a physical massage, but your body calms down as if you’ve had one! You may experience sensations in the body such as heat, chills, tingling, somatic releasing, or emotional purging. A typical session lasts anywhere from 45-60 minutes.
