What is Energy Healing?
Energy Healing is an ancient practice, woven into the fabric of humanity since the beginning of time. Whether through Reiki, Spinal Energetics, Shamanism, or countless other paths, its true essence is about reconnecting to the magic that lives within us all.
Many have forgotten this innate power, but it never left. It’s simply waiting to be remembered.
MY APPROACH
Though I began with Reiki, what flows through me now transcends labels and formal structures.
It is a living transmission - rooted in direct connection to Source and guided by the unseen realms.
I call it Energy Work, though there’s nothing simple about it.
It’s multidimensional, intelligent, and ever-evolving.
It moves effortlessly through my communion with Source, informed by the wisdom that channels through me in each sacred space.
I work across all realms - elemental, ancestral, and celestial. I guide the energy to where it’s needed most.
Most often, this unfolds through light language transmission.

ENTERING THE CEREMONY
During an energy healing, you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table, wrapped in a cozy blanket if desired. The space is held intentionally- cleansed, grounded, and prepared as a sacred container for your healing.
THE FLOW
My approach is deeply intuitive, drawing from a blend of gentle touch, hovering techniques, and light language transmissions.
I work across the multidimensional field - physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual to clear distortion, and restore coherence across every layer of your being.
With your permission, I also address ancestral imprints, karmic residue, and subconscious patterns that may be influencing your present experience.
MULTI-SENSORY HEALING
Sessions include: guided visualizations to access inner realms and unlock cellular memory, as well as sound healing through singing bowls, tuning forks, light language, and sacred instruments. Incense included.
These elements weave together to harmonize your nervous system, calm your spirit, and realign your entire being.
WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE
The energy may feel like warmth, tingling, or a subtle charge moving through you, like a massage for your energy body.
You may also experience:
